INDIAN ASSISTANCE OF NRS.61,67,100/- FOR SCHOOL, IN RAUTAHAT.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed today between the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, the District Development Committee, Rautahat and Shri Sarashwati Higher Secondary School, Pipra-Bhalohia, Rautahat regarding grant assistance of NRs. 61,67,100/- from Government of India for the construction of school building and boundary wall for Shri Sarashwati Higher Secondary School, Pipra-Bhalohia, Rautahat.

The project will be executed by the District Development Committee, Rautahat. An oversight committee consisting of the three Members of School Management Committee and District Education Officer of the Rautahat District has been constituted to oversee the project and supervise and ensure proper utilisation of the grant assistance.

The implementation of the above project would go a long way in improving the education for the people of the district of Rautahat.
