These projects reflect the deepening ties of India-Nepal economic cooperation, and are examples of India’s continued commitment towards strengthening and diversifying this cooperation in the area of education. This is a part of the 135 developmental projects being carried out or considered in 61 districts of Nepal in the areas of education, health and infrastructure at a cost of NRs.1400 crores.
Through the programmes of India-Nepal economic cooperation both countries accord importance of developing educational infrastructure for overall development and prosperity of Nepal.
