Indian Assistance of NRs. 2,07,91,845/- for Rajeshwor Nidhi Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Nagarain, Dhanusha |

Ambassador of India, Shri Shiv Shankar Mukherjee, inaugurated the school building of Rajeshwor Nidhi Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Nagarain, Dhanusha on May 5, 2006 in the presence of the representatives of local Government and community leaders from Dhanusha at a public gathering. The school building named “Nepal Bharat Maitri Bhavan”, as an enduring symbol of the friendship between the two countries, has been built with grant assistance of Nrs. 2,07,91,845/- from Government of India. This is the third project out of 7 in education sector being undertaken with grant assistance of Government of India in Dhanusha district . The Government of India is undertaking and implementing 62 school projects in 29 different districts in Nepal, benefiting 64,000 students directly. This is part of the ongoing implementation of Government of India projects for 137 projects in education, health and infrastructure in 61 districts of Nepal with an outlay of Nrs. 1800 crores. |
