INDIAN AMBASSADOR’S GOLF CUP TOURNAMENT

The much-awaited Indian Ambassador’s Golf Cup was held today at the Royal Nepal Golf Club. This year, 83 golfers, including 6 ladies, participated in the 31-year old tournament.

H.E. Mr. Shiv Shankar Mukherjee the Ambassador of India to Nepal, H.E. Mr. James Moriarty, the US Ambassador to Nepal and the Chief of Army Staff, General Pyar Jung Thapa were among the dignitaries who participated. Ambassador of India gave away the prizes. This year’s overall winner is Mr. Rabi Paudel and, among ladies, Mrs. Sandhya Rai.
