With a grant assistance of NRs.23,60,354/- from Government of India, the 500 odd students of Nuwakot Adarsha Multiple Campus will take a giant leap into the age of information technology as their Campus is computerised. They would be trained in this cutting-edge area through a special department being set up with 20 computers and related equipment. The training hall, named as "Srinivasa Aiyangar Ramanujan Hall", after the famous mathematical genius, will offer diploma and degree courses in information technology to the students. The project has commenced.

Nuwakot Adarsha Multiple Campus attracts not only local students, but also students from adjoining districts of Dhading, Gorkha and Sindhupalchowk. The project will link students in remote areas to modern-day technology helping them acquire skills relevant to the current employment market in information technology.

As in case of all India-Nepal co-operation projects, this too will be implemented by the local district authorities.
