   a) Name and address of the company: Stating whether it is a manufacturing
   company or an authorized distributor having exclusive responsibility for marketing
   and distribution of goods in foreign countries must be specified.
   b) Company’s Profile: Indicating production capacity per year (for
   manufacturers), distribution range(for authorized distributors) and financial position.
   In order to assure the quality of the product, company must specify in the application
   it’s ability to submit quality test report as per ISO method or any other recognized
   institution as an when required.
   c) Local Agent: It is compulsory for all foreign companies to have a local agent in Nepal
   in order to carry out transaction. An original letter of authority indicating name and
   address of a reputed local firm registered with HMG Nepal, to whom the company may wish to
   appoint as its local agent in Nepal and who will be fully responsible for all dealings with the
   Royal Nepalese Army on behalf of the company.
