- Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate

- Recommendation from Head of the institution (for students) or officer of the rank not less       than Under Secretary in HMGN
- Refundable security deposit of Rs.1000/-
- Annual membership fee of Rs.200 (Rs.100 for students)
